Abstract
Identified reasons for the low energy efficiency of the electromechanical system of production and distribution of compressed air . Considered modes of the system components and their mutual relationship . The analysis of energy losses in the electromechanical system elements to improve the electric compressor control method by introducing new technical solutions. Applied Analytical dependences that bind levels of energy losses in the individual parts of the system with the parameters mode OFF control of the compressor . A mathematical model for calculating the efficiency of the electromechanical system is formulated and solved the problem of optimizing the parameters of the regime at the drive -off control of the compressor. The proposed model differs from the existing possibility of accounting operation of all elements of the electromechanical system to determine its power indicator - efficiency . The results of parametric optimization mode electromechanical system of production and distribution of compressed air . A method of controlling asynchronous electric reciprocating air that implements the optimal value of the parameters of the regime.
