ANALYSIS OF THE CREDIT SUISSE STRATEGY, ANTI-CRISIS MEASURES FOR ITS TAKEOVER AND THE STATE OF THE SWISS BANKING SYSTEM

The paper is focused on a detailed analysis of the systemic Swiss bank Credit Suisse strategy evolution, the reasons for its crisis in 2022–2024 and the measures to merger it by UBS as part of the joint anti-crisis strategy of the Swiss National Bank (SNB), the Swiss government and FINMA in order to ensure financial stability and prevent losses of depositors. This paper studied the implications of these measures for the current state of the Swiss banking system, as well as the directions of its international and technological development.
