IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND JURISDICTIONAL POWERS BY THE STATE BORDER GUARD SERVICE OF UKRAINE UNDER THE LEGAL REGIME OF MARTIAL LAW (DELICTUAL ASPECT)

The article highlights the key aspects of the administrative and jurisdictional activities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGSU) under the legal regime of martial law, focusing on its delictual aspect. A comprehensive analysis of the regulatory framework and the practical implementation of the administrative and jurisdictional powers of the border agency has been conducted. Particular attention is paid to the issues of administrative liability under Article 204–1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
