Abstract
Suggestions about implementation of the maximum thrust forces system in mine electric locomotive based on the identification inexcessive wheels slippage modes from motor current ripple with friction oscillations frequency. In this article shows FPGA based friction oscillations sensor functional diagram with digital FIR filter, filter data post processing and electric drive control algorithm after detecting wheel slippage. In accordance with maximum thrust forces system implementation algorithm when there are friction frequency oscillations control signal produces reduce supply voltage of the electric drive. This leads to decreasing in speed and returning to elastic sliding work mode.
