Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a training system that school teacher can learn practical response capability in the time of disaster. Disaster prevention education is important in protecting their own life. However, conventional school disaster prevention education in Japan has been trained in accordance with the procedure based on the manual. Although conventional education may be useful to acquire knowledge and skill of disaster prevention, it does not useful to acquire practical capability in the time of disaster. In this study, an attempt is made to develop a system to train response capability for school teachers. We also develop an earthquake initial response training scenario for school teachers. A training example is presented to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed system.
