PROBLEMS OF THE INTRODUCTION OF THE KAZAKHSTAN NOTARIATE TO THE INTERNATIONAL UNION OF THE NOTARIATE

The main problems taking the path of the Kazakhstan notariate, when passing procedure of the introduction to the International union of the notariate are considered in the article. The basic principles of the Latin notariate are investigated, possibilities of their implementation to the notarial practice developing in the Republic of Kazakhstan are presented. As a result new offers on introduction of the principles of the International union of the notariate to the Kazakhstan legislation are formulated.
