ОСОБЕННОСТИ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ СТРАХОВОГО ОМБУДСМЕНА ВО ФРАНЦИИ

The article discusses the experience of European countries to resolve the problems of increasing the level of protection of rights of consumers of insurance services. We study the genesis of the Institute of Insurance Ombudsman in European countries (for example France), the statistics and the results of the current regulatory base governing the organization and control of the mediators. The article also considers the prospects of development of the international network of financial mediators.
