Abstract

The aim of the research is to study the peculiarities of the clinical course of diseases of the oral mucosa associated with Helicobacter pylori before and after eradication. Material and methods. The study involved 108 people who have been diagnosed with the presence of diseases of the oral mucosa associated with Helicobacter pylori. Diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori in the stomach was performed three times, using enogastronomia and studies of biopsy samples for the presence of Helicobacter pylori, urease respiratory method HELIK-scan. All patients, depending on the degree of contamination of the stomach Helicobacter pylori was appointed etiopathogenetic treatment, including General and local. Results. The authors revealed the efficiency of complex treatment of diseases of the mucosa of the oral cavity in individuals with a low degree of contamination of the stomach Helicobacter pylori, as eradication of Helicobacter pylori in the stomach and duodenum after 1 and 6 months after the end of treatment was achieved in most patients; increased duration of remission of diseases of the mucosa of the oral cavity; decreased the number of relapses after 1 and 6 months after the treatment of diseases of the mucosa of the oral cavity. Conclusions. In individuals with a weak degree of colonization of the stomach by Helicobacter pylori is observed increasing the period of remission of diseases of the mucosa of the oral cavity, reducing the number of relapses, reduction in average size of the elements of the lesion on the 10th day, the improvement of indexes of hygiene, condition of periodontal tissues, normalize the pH, the absence of Helicobacter pylori in the stomach, 1 month after treatment in 96,2% of patients after 6 months ? of 92,5%.
