Original approaches to professional and pedagogical training of university teaching staff are presented in article: the main directions of improvement of professional and pedagogical training of university teaching staff on the basis of the comparative and comparative analysis and synthesis of modern paradigms, approaches in education are designated. Realization of the designated directions of improvement of preparation will allow teachers to master modern technologies of training of students and successfully to put them into practice.
