The legal mode of earth of forest fund is in process analysed as key territories of forming and expansion of ecological network. In the process of research a theorist was used methodological analysis of normatively-legal base of Ukraine on forming of ecological network. Existence of a number of collisions is shown between basicnormatively-legal acts in looks to using of earth of the different setting for forming of ecological network.
