MICROBIAL LANDSCAPE OF PYONECROTIC WOUNDS AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF DIABETES MELLITUS

Abstract
135 patients are treated - 72(53.3%) women and 63(46.7%) men. There were purulent-necrotic wounds of various localization against the background of diabetes: phlegmon, abscess, anthrax, felons, bursitis, the trophic ulcers, the infected wounds. Local therapy was carried out with use of the dressing material "Voskopran". "Voskopran" application with the levomekol reduces the level of a bacterial contamination of wounds, and in some cases leads to full elimination of a bacterial contamination.
