Abstract
Retrospective analysis of medical records of 59 patients with chronic postinfarction cardiosclerosis complicated with cardiac aneurism who died in 2002-2012 was undertaken. Clinical characteristics and data of pathologic and pathohistological examination were included to analysis. The results obtained allowed to identify the clinical and morphological types of chronic post-infarction cardiac aneurism in order to allocate risk groups among patients with complicated post-infarction cardiosclerosis.
