Abstract

The article highlights the results of the effect of low-intensity laser radiation on the histogenesis of experimental skin wounds. The study was conducted by cytological, histological techniques and transmission electron microscopy. The study showed that under the influence of low-intensity laser radiation in the wound of the skin decreases neutrophil infiltration, which leads to a shortening of wound cleansing of necrotic tissue, which clearly proves the cytologic method for studying wound prints. Helium-neon laser stimulates the immune system through the cellular elements of mononuclear phagocytes in the skin-muscle injury.
