Disability has a special place among medical, social and economic issues of importance to State. However, demographic rates and morbidity, disability is one of the main characteristics of public health and social well-being of the country. In the analytical review of official statistics, is presented dynamics and trends of disability in the Ryazan region. The study examined patterns of disability from the disease classes, determined the prevalence of disability among adult population.
