Abstract
The estimation of the remote postoperative period after grain hernioplasty according the Postempski-Kirshner and Lichtenshtein method is given in this article. Marked negative influence of tension method on scrotal organs in comparison with Lichtenshtein operation is established. Physical component indices of life quality are considered to be much higher in the group of nontension grain hernioplasty. The presented data show that Postempski operation can’t be alternative to the tension technique in complicated forms of groin hernia.
