Abstract
We examined 50 patients with a varicose disease. It was made the analysis of markers of a congenital thrombophilia and haemostasis before and after afterendovenous laser treatment. The association of some genetic polymorphisms with postoperative changes of a haemostasis was revealed. It can help to personalize tactics of anticoagulation therapy after the endovenous interventions.
