Abstract
The work is devoted to studying the ways of the venous outflow after operation named after A. N. Vedenski. The indications for this operation is the elimination of reflux in perforating veins in chronic venous insufficiency of the C4 ? C6.The essentially of thisoperation is blocking the lumen of the posterior tibial veins in the distal part of the tibia with catgut or autovenous grafts. The operation is unfamiliar to most surgeons, however, the clinic who have it in their Arsenal consider it to be effective, despite the radical nature. The aim of this work was to conduct anatomical analysis of those ways outflow, which will function after this operation.
