Abstract
In the present work presents the results of a study of 52 patients with locally advanced breast cancer who received integrated treatment, which included courses of neoadjuvant chemoradiation therapy, surgery of varying volume, courses of adjuvant chemotherapy and hormone therapy. This treatment allowed us to increase the number of operated patients, to reduce the incidence of local and distant metastases and, thereby, to improve the results of treatment of patients with locally advanced breast cancer.
