Abstract
The analysis of the complications of complex treatment of 120 patients with locally advanced breast cancer who received treatment in the amount of courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, surgery and the subsequent appointment of adjuvant chemoradiation therapy in different ways. The most common postoperative complications were long lymphorrhea. The most frequent species no hematological toxicity was nausea and vomiting. Patients should receive targeted prevention and symptomatic treatment to ensure dynamic surgical and chemo treatment.
