CHOLELITOLITIC STUDY THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH CHOLELITHIASIS FOR THE TYPE BREACH CONTRACTILITY OF GALLBLADDER

Our researches showed that during a course of holelitolytic therapy at patients with hyper motor dysfunction of the gall bladder (GB) dissolution of stones yielded the best results, than normomotor dysfunction of GB: full dissolution 19 (73%), incomplete dissolution 5 (19%), not dissolved 2 (8%); and at normomotorny dysfunction of GB it is better than hypomotor dysfunction of GB full dissolution-8 (57%), incomplete dissolution 5 (36%), nerastvorivshiye1 (7%); at hypomotor dysfunction of GB full dissolution-20 (54%), incomplete dissolution 11 (30%), not dissolved 6 (16%).
