Management is teeming with act decision making due to the nature. Because the the best of prefence is a necessity for selecting and managing your location. When we evaluate In this connection, when managers decide their conditions, as they affect the attitudes and behaviors of decision-making style is also effective on. In this place, manager's decision-making style affect on its success or failure. this situation determine society that decision will be effect and future of it.İn this research, field studies were conducted seif esteem of city managers in decision making and to determine the decision making style. the sample of this study include public provincial administraters and assistants that working in Elazığ. Some results of the study are as follows; İn our study, according to variables as whether or not management training to get, while there is no significant difference between them in terms self esteem of managers in decision making and decision making styles, according to sex and age is observed that it is a significant difference between them. According to these results, we see, administrators who manage to find the ideal choice for the prosperity of society and the layout is important for a more advanced management concept.
