Abstract
Relevance of the research. Different medicines that affect distinct mechanisms of the arterial pressure diminishing are used in clinic for hypertension treatment ? neural, humoral. It is unclear why these drugs display different effect in different patients. Impairment of neural and humoral chains of arterial pressure regulation under hypertony of different etiology is suggested to be unequal
