Abstract
Diffuse large cell lymphoma(DLBCL) with primary localization in the testis is characterized by extremely unfavorable course with frequent metastasis to the CNS, contralateral testicle and other extranodal organs. Combined treatment (combination of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation treatments) have greatly improved treatment outcomes by increasing the number of complete remissions, reducing the number of relapses, but the risk of the latter still remains high.Diffuse large cell lymphoma(DLBCL) with primary localization in the testis is characterized by extremely unfavorable course with frequent metastasis to the CNS, contralateral testicle and other extranodal organs.
