Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of sentence as nomination units. The sentence is considered as a difficult sign, designatum of which is a certain volume of information about some piece of extralinguistic reality, significant is a syntactic form. Relevance of the work is caused by onomasiologic aspect of sentences research, allowing to define linguistic bases of designation mechanism of situations’ types
