Abstract

Considered as systemic, synergetic, andragogical, competence, personal and activity, differentiated, acmeological and axiological approaches, underlying the development of the conceptual model for the development of IС-competence of teachers of linguistic disciplines in the system of postgraduate education. Investigated their semantic content, also first considered the direction of the fundamental principles of these approaches to support activity in the institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education, focused on the development of the IC competence of teachers as in course and intercourse periods, on creation of conditions for the use of teachers acquired knowledge in the area of ICT in their own professional activity, their opportunities for assessment and self-assessment of their own level of your present level of IC competence to determine ways of its further development.
