Abstract
It was for the first time, that the evaluation of the nonspecific adaptation's mechanisms of the patients having lung cancer was performed by means of cardiointervalmetering. The change of the functional state of such patients under the influence of low-intensive laser radiation of infrared scope spectrum was studied. It was shown, that the preoperative preparation combined with the course of low-intensive laser therapy allows to avoid the aggravation of the functional symptoms of the patients before the operation. The preoperative preparations with the application of low-intensive laser therapy in most cases lead to the improvement of adaptocompensatory abilities. The application of laser therapy allows avoiding the general tendency of the nonspecific adaptation's mechanisms being aggravated before a patient is discharged from the hospital. And, on the contrary, it can lead to the improvement of adaptation.
