Abstract
A decrease in direct and reflex excitability of α-motoneurons on the side of the operation, a decrease in conduction rate of the nervous impulse in H-reflex arch on both sides were detected in patients, operated on lumbar osteochondrosis on neuromyographic investigation. The direct and reflex excitability of α-motoneurons additionally decreased on both sides after the treatment course.
