CONCEPTUAL BASES OF TRAINING OF TOURISM SPECIALISTS IN UKRAINE (BY THE EXAMPLE OF KRYVYI RIH)

Relevance and importance of training of tourism specialists on the regional level have been revealed. General principles of training of tourism services specialists in Ukraine have been found out. The structure and professional specialization of Ukrainian universities, where the “Tourism” specialists are trained have been analyzed. Pofessional requirements for future employees of tourism industry have been defined. Relevance of training of tourism specialists in Kryvyi Rih in the context of the implementation of the Program of Industrial Tourism Development has been revealed. Potential scope of employment of tourism graduates has been defined. Main tasks of tourism education in Ukraine have been generalized.
