Congenital INGUINAL hernia and maLE STERILITY in aspect of the polygenic nature OF THE TESTICULAR insufficiency

Abstract
The results of 5 year treatment and supervision of the patients with congenital inguinal hernia are given. The clinical attributes of this development anomaly have been expressed and accompanied by male sterility. It was shown that the preventive maintenance and treatment of reproductive infringements of the patients with slanting inguinal hernia can be considered as objective only on condition of the multidisciplinary approach to the problem, using methods and empirical data of the disciplines adjacent to surgery and urology: endocrinology, embriology, genetics, clinical morphology. Such an approach allows to improve of the diagnostics quality of the testicular disfunction of the inguinal hernia patients and it aims to ethiological and pathogenetic diagnosis of andrological syndrome.
