THE FEATURES OF DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF THE PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY ILLNESS IN OUT-PATIENT CONDITIONS

In out-patient conditions with the help of a portable spirometer 2607 persons were surveyed. At 639 persons (24 %) it was revealed the chronical obstructive pulmonary illness of I-IV stages; further these patients received the therapy with broncholytical drugs. The group of the control was made of 154 persons with the chronical obstructive pulmonary illness of I-IV stages. After 24 months during the repeated inspection the stabilization of parameters FVD at persons with I stage is shown in comparison with II and III stages, when progressive decrease of OFB 1 is continuated. At the patients with the chronical obstructive pulmonary illness of II stages authentic gain OFB 1 is marked during the therapy by tyotropy bromide and formotherol against iprathropy bromide and berodual. On the forecast for each patient renders the sex, age and continuation of smoking are the influence. The results of the using of broncholytical drugs authentically are higher than therapy at women, and also at refusal of smoking.
