Financial support of higher educational establishments of Ukraine І-II levels accreditation in the 2002-2014: historiography

This article provides an overview of publications scientists, which highlights the financial support of higher educational institutions of Ukraine І-II levels of accreditation in the 2002-2014. The author in the preparation of research used methods of analysis and synthesis, problem-chronological. Highlight ways to improve public financing, which are to increase independence and financial autonomy of higher education institutions implementing the distribution of public funds by taking into account the quality ratings of universities and prepare them professionals transition from a centralized structure to a decentralized allocation. Revealed that financial support for higher educational institutions of Ukraine І-II levels of accreditation researched enough, in fragments, in the context of coverage of the formation and development of the higher education system of Ukraine.
