Rationals internationalisation of higher education in foreign scolars’ studies

The internationalization of higher education is a key topic for foreign scholars’ studies. Various measures of international scope, namely: student mobility; students’ international exchange and students recruitment; scientific cooperation; curriculum internationalisation; joint or double degrees; staff mobility; development and capacity building projects; internationalization at home are revealed. There are four main rationals for internationalization, namely political, economic and financial, cultural (social), and academic. International experience is of high value for development of the Ukrainian Strategy for internationalization.
