Abstract
At 94 white rats ? females of mature age (8-10 months) was investigated the content of total and neutral salt-soluble collagen, a free hydroxyproline on skin sites of intradermal introduction of the preparation "Juvederm hydrate TM" (France) containing 13,5 micrograms/ ml of gel of unstabilized high-molecular (molecular weight 1 mln) gialuron. The preparation was injected with a mesotherapy after preliminary removal of a woolen cover on side surfaces of a trunk for the first day, in two and six days after the first injection at the rate of 0,06 ml of gel per kg of an animal mass. It was found a statistically significant increase of the content of total and neutral salt-soluble collagen only in late terms of supervision (37 days) In the first three weeks after the beginning of the preparation injection essential changes in indicators of a collagen exchange are not revealed.
