LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY AND PROCEDURAL MECHANISMS FOR THE REALIZATION OF INNOVATIVE STRATEGY IN UKRAINE

Research of a state and problems of legislative and regulatory and procedural mechanisms of realization of innovative strategy in Ukraine. Article’s main body. In article the main problems of formation and development of innovative economy of Ukraine at the legislative and regulatory and procedural levels are analysed. Mechanisms of legal regulation of innovation sector, system of a transfer of intellectual property, the competitive mechanism of support of innovative activity, the mechanism of examination of innovative projects are defined. Procedural mechanisms of establishment of obligatory requirements concerning energy efficiency of subjects of managing and development of programs of their innovative development are considered. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Based on above stated, it is possible to draw such conclusions: legislative and regulatory and procedural mechanisms in the sphere of regulation of innovative activity in Ukraine demand further improvement.
