Abstract
Problem setting. Formation of market relations in Ukraine is associated with many social and ethical issues of human life and society. It is no coincidence that in every workplace operates a set of environmental factors and the labor process, influencing health and human performance in the period of its employment. Of paramount importance here is a vision of market relations, which are formed from the perspective of social justice and injustice. The purpose of this work is theoretical and legal analysis of the content objectives of assessment of workplaces on working conditions. Analysis of resent researches and publications. Questions regarding the research of institute of assessment of workplaces on working conditions and the selection of its essential elements was engaged in a certain of scientists, for example: L. Lazor, M. Rancev, I. Shamshina, M. Shecoldina and others. Article’s main body. Justice is one of the most important philosophical and legal categories, the meaning of which is closely linked with democracy, equality, freedom, responsibility and the system of legal norms and state structure. Recently it became clear that democracy is possible only on the basis of the formation of a more equitable and just society. No justice there can be no personal freedom and human dignity, stable society and progressive socio-economic development. Justice has many legal aspects and finds its embodiment in the purpose and functions of various legal phenomenon or process. Assessment of workplaces on working conditions as an independent and solid legal phenomen also has its own purpose. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Based on the above we consider that the total system the purpose of job evaluation should recognize the cast of the conditions of work of employees in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on labor protection, development of organizational, technical, economic and social measures to improve conditions of employment, and the obtaining by the employees benefits and compensation for work in adverse conditions.
