INTERNET AS AN IMPLEMENTATION ENVIRONMENT FOR POWER MOTIVES AND PERSONALITY INFLUENCE

The article touches upon the problem of relationship between the concepts of power and influence, both on the real socio-psychological level and in the context of their manifestation in the Internet environment. The authors consider the specifics of manifestation of these motives in virtua l environment. On the basis of the empirical exploration results the conclusions are made on the ability of network to act as an environment for the development of manipulative tendencies.
