Abstract

This article is devoted to a current issue of modern pediatrics ? to acute cholecystitis and cholangitis of childhood. The main analyses change during cholangitis are in the general analysis of blood: leukocytosis, leukogram shift to the left, toxic neutrophils, increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate. In urinalysis bilirubinuria, concomitant variations of kidney and pancreas function (diastasis increase or decrease) are noticed. Immunology research shows the decrease in T-lymphocytes of 50 children, suppressor-cytotoxic T cells of 46 children, increase in T-helpers of 38 children, increase in G and M immunoglobulin concentration of 51 children.
