ANALYSIS OF STATE SUPPORT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESS IN SVERDLOVSK OBLAST

This subject is very actual in the economic conditions of Russia. The government of the country can't but react to the changes in global economy. The purpose of this research work is the analysis of the geopolitical factors influencing changes in the Russian economy and the subsequent reaction of the regional federal and governments. Uniqueness of this article is that it reflects interrelation between macroeconomic changes and changes in the regulation sphere of small and medium business.
