SOME PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF INDIVIDUAL LABOUR DISPUTES

The questions of the legal regulation of the individual labor disputes in the conditions of the market relations development are the most debatable in science of the labor law. The consideration of this disputes category first of all is connected with jurisdiction problems, and also with the questions of legislative regulation of permission procedure of individual dispute. On the basis of studying of experience of foreign countries the comparative analysis of the existing labor legislation of separately taken countries is carried out in this article. The authors of this article made the specific proposals concerning the jurisdiction of individual disputes consideration.
