INTERNATIONAL CONSENT AS BASIS OF UNITY OF THE PEOPLE OF KAZAKHSTAN

This article is devoted to the question about the international consent, which is a basis of unity of the people in Kazakhstan. In the modern conditions, it is necessary to carry out the development of an interethnic consent through entering and preservation of cultural identity of the people. Now the need of a consent, peace, and also friendship between people of different nationalities is put in the forefront in our society. One of the main purpose of lecturers at the higher education institution is formation of knowledge, abilities and skills of the tolerant attitude to the people around. It is necessary to carried out the activation of interest in life of various cultural, national, confessional, social groups and promotion of universal values.
