Abstract
The motivation to work ? this is only the part of the motivation for life, so it is best to build a harmo- nious and essentially determines the integrity, maturity, personality and comfort, and is also one of the key fac- tors of labor behavior of Russia's national economy workers in today's realities. The article presents the results of a sociological survey of oil and gas companies sector employees, the purpose of which was to identify the char- acteristics and problems of motivation. The basis of the survey formed the components of motivation process: values, motivation, job satisfaction, etc. Accounting for these factors shaping social worker behavior, it allows the head not only to strengthen the weak links, but competently and professionally manage the vital functions of the team as a whole
