Performance Management of fixed assets

In the present paper, the notion of fixed assets is explained. Authors examined the diversity of interpretations made by other economists, the metric indices for assessing status and efficiency of fixed assets, described methods of assessing the health and efficiency of fixed assets and the model for the assessment of the main assets of the company and appropriate performance management solutions in fixed assets.
