NEW DIRECTION IN PAYMENT OF WORKERS OF THE COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Problems of development of the flexible (commission) systems of payment of workers of the commercial organizations in the conditions liberalization of economical activity in the Republic of Belarus are considered in this article. Purpose: Rendering of the methodical help to leaders and specialists of the organizations by working out of own systems of payment. Methodology: Methodical approaches, principles and an order of construction of flexible systems of payment of workers are considered. Common logical research methods are used. Results of work: Methodical recommendations on construction and application of flexible (commission) systems of payment are prepared. Field of use: Branch state bodies, the commercial organizations, businessmen. Conclusions: The order of construction of flexible (commission) systems of payment is presented.
