WOMANS IN FIGHT FOR RIGHTS: BREAKING WITH THE PATRIARCHATE

The social moviments are in the front line of the Human Rights. Thereby, they show themselves like protagonists of the great social transformations. The law, while instrument of the maintenance of the status quo try to suppress any transformations which change the “normality”. Against this conjuncture, the women moviments denounce and face the laws to ensure the achievement and the effectiveness of rights, furthermore, the implementation of public politics which try to ease/prevent the damage caused by the machists positioning from the State and cosequently of the law. This article, try to dissaminate the results of the first yeah of the research: “The feminist fight for rights”, this research is funded by the Universidade Regional do Cariri ? URCA.
