Specific of communicative teacher’s competence in the aspect of the professional standard requirements

Abstract
The article discusses the main questions about teacher’s communicative com¬petence as one of the key conditions of successful career. The approaches of different researchers of “com-petence” and “communicative competence” definition are presented; the structural model of communicative competence proposed by E. V. Filatova is presented; the need of communicative competence formation as one of the most important components of teacher’s professional competence is explained. Based on analysis of existing scientific approaches to understanding of communicative competence as well as on the basis of the analysis of teacher professional standard, the specific features of the communicative competence of the teacher is defined, “communicative portrait”, reflects the need for communication skills, which should have a teacher is formulated. On the basis of this portrait, students will be able to more clear-ly define their professional difficulties with respect to their communicative competence and formulate requests for self-development program based on identified difficulties.
