Abstract
This article summarizes methodological approaches to the development of education quality management in a higher education institution. The concepts of the quality management of students training under conditions of developing society are described. The author makes an attempt to analyze theoretical and methodological background to forming managerial innovations, methodological approaches to the analysis of managerial innovations and its development in the education system.
