THE RESEARCH OF THE THREAD TENSION OF RAW SILK FOR THE FORMATION OF ASSORTMENT STRUCTURE OF MODERN TEXTILE ENTERPRISES

The principle of operation and the work of the control apparatus of reeling machines is the same. The control device keeps the thread stretched so that the thread undergoes a certain deformation and is wound on the reel while in a wet condition. As the raw silk yarn is drying the tension increases. As a result of investigations it was found that at the thread tension before putting on the reel over 8 cN, breaking elongation of the filament is reduced significantly.
