Abstract
The article demonstrates the ability of successful implementation of successive difficult interventions in the esophagus comorbidities and cardiovascular system. It is proposed to consider the clinical case of correction of the three heart valves by means of thoracotomy in the third intercostal space. Non-standard access is due to inability to perform a standard median sternotomy as a result of prior esophageal reconstruction. Median sternotomy, in this case, can result in damage to the esophagus formed, which necessitates non-standard access to the site of intervention. The clinical case demonstrates the ability to perform complex heart valve correction of the non-standard access.
