DIFFICULTIES IN THE APPLICATION OF AGILE-APPROACHES TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN RUSSIAN IT-COMPANIES AND METHODS OF THEIR SOLUTION

This paper tells about the issues related to applying new project management approaches under rapidly changing conditions. The readiness of Russian IT-market of system integration services for the ultimate democratization of the responsibilities assignment process combined with the commitment to a high-quality result is assessed, the possibility of using flexible approaches to project management in Russian IT-companies is examined and recommendations regarding the reduction of possible risks are given.
