Abstract
The article discusses the development of modern trends in marketing communications ? event market- ing in the restaurant business. Using the example of catering companies, the authors proved the relevance of the use of the tools of event marketing as when entering a new restaurant to the regional market and forming long- term relationships with customers of the existing restaurant. Shows the different types of event and main areas of event marketing in a concept restaurant. It is proved that event-marketing is one of the most effective and power- ful of the parties to the communication technologies of the restaurant, which increases brand loyalty by creating some emotional connection between brand and consumer
